My stay at this resort was quite the experience. While the location in the coffee plantation was beautiful and the retro-themed rooms were charming, the maintenance of the facilities left much to be desired. The dining was decent, but there were some disappointments in the food quality and service. Overall, it's a nice getaway for nature lovers, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms had a unique retro feel but were quite worn and needed better maintenance. Some were dingy and had issues like yellowish bathroom seats and dirty linen.
Service
6.0
While I encountered some disinterest from the staff initially, they ultimately became more responsive after I expressed my concerns. They did their best to address my requests.
Location
9.0
The resort is beautifully set in a coffee plantation, providing a serene and natural backdrop. It’s located a short distance from the lake area, which is a plus.
Dining
6.0
The dining offered a decent buffet breakfast, but the quality of some dishes, particularly the pizza, was disappointing. A wider variety would improve the experience.
Facilities
5.0
The amenities were quite limited, and more attention to cleanliness and upkeep is needed to enhance guests' comfort.

8.8/10

I had a wonderful experience at this resort, nestled amidst beautiful greenery and coffee plantations. The overall ambiance is serene, and the vintage architecture adds a charming touch. The staff, especially the manager, truly stand out for their hospitality. However, the steep pathways can be a bit challenging for the elderly, and it would have been great to have more amenities like Wi-Fi in the rooms. Overall, a great value for money!

Rooms
8.0
The rooms are quite spacious and reflect the British era with well-preserved furniture. However, they could benefit from a few more amenities like an electric kettle, and the lack of Wi-Fi access in the rooms was a slight inconvenience.
Service
9.0
The service was friendly and attentive. The manager was particularly helpful with handling requests, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
Location
10.0
The resort is perfectly located near the lake and is surrounded by tall trees and vibrant flowers, which adds to the peaceful environment.
Dining
8.0
The dining options were quite good, with a range of breakfast choices as well as delicious wood-fired pizzas that I absolutely loved.

My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The location is perfect, nestled amidst beautiful nature and just across from a serene lake. The heritage structure has its own charm, but the upkeep left much to be desired. While the staff were generally courteous and helpful, the room quality was disappointing, particularly due to cleanliness issues. The dining options were satisfactory but could use more variety. Overall, it’s a nice getaway but not without flaws.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in had an antique feel, but it was disappointing in terms of cleanliness. There were dirt patches on the bed cover, and the upkeep didn't meet expectations.
Service
6.0
The staff were polite and eager to assist, but the response to complaints, particularly regarding room conditions, was lacking.
Location
9.0
The resort is beautifully located amidst coffee plantations, providing a peaceful escape from city life, and it's conveniently located near the lake.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were decent, with meals being tasty, but the variety left much to be desired, particularly for dinner.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities are limited; there's no gym and outdoor activities come at an extra cost, which was a letdown.

Our stay at this heritage resort was truly enjoyable, surrounded by nature with charming decor and delicious wood-fired pizza. The ambiance is simply delightful, but we did face some issues with connectivity and the lack of certain amenities in our room. Overall, it's a wonderful getaway for nature enthusiasts.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious, furnished with preserved antiques from the British era, including a king-size bed and a single bed in one corner. However, the absence of a coffee maker or hot water kettle was a bit inconvenient.
Service
7.0
The service was generally good, with staff being friendly and accommodating. They promptly moved us to a more spacious and better-equipped room when we requested it, though the service could struggle a bit on busier weekends.
Location
9.0
Nestled in the middle of coffee plantations, the location is spectacular, with tall trees and beautiful views. It's very close to the lake and central to all attractions, making it an excellent choice for nature lovers.
Dining
7.0
Dining was a treat, especially the wood-fired pizzas which were a highlight. The breakfast spread was decent with a variety of options, but I felt some items could have been better.
Facilities
6.0
The resort features a cozy environment with a games room that includes table tennis and carrom. However, Wi-Fi was only available in limited areas like the restaurant and reception.

I had a lovely stay at this heritage resort surrounded by nature and vintage charm. The ambiance was calming, with trees all around, although service at peak times was a tad slow. The dining experience was quite enjoyable, although the breakfast spread could use some improvement. Overall, a delightful experience that I would happily repeat.

Rooms
7.0
The heritage rooms exude old-world charm, though some might find the vintage accessories less appealing. My room did come with a bit of a tin roof, which affected insulation during the cooler nights.
Service
8.0
The staff were quite polite and eager to assist, although I experienced some delays when the restaurant got crowded. They were attentive and helped move us to a more spacious room when needed.
Location
9.0
Nestled within a coffee plantation, the location is absolutely stunning, providing a serene escape from the bustling city life. The approach road is narrow, so a cautious drive is necessary.
Dining
7.0
The dining options were decent, with a good variety at breakfast, including local specialties. However, the dinner buffet left room for improvement.
Facilities
6.0
While I enjoyed the play area for kids and the open grounds, a few more modern amenities could enhance the overall experience.
